Sonho do Mar restaurant is the jewel of our resort. Our chef is locally renowned for his seafood and fish specialties and travelers seeking a special night out find their way to our romantic hideout. Our restaurant is divided in small lounge areas that offer plenty of intimate space. You can enjoy breakfast and lunch under the soothing shade that the parachutes provide, while watching the wind play with the silk fabric. At night the parachutes transform into airy chandeliers moving in the wind and creating the most romantic lighting.
Our stronghold at Sonho do Mar is our excellent seafood and fish dishes. We are exceptionally proud of our chef Keshav, who has created a menu, which truly speaks to the Indian experience in Goa. His knowledge of the Indian, Tibetan and Nepali cuisine is vast and the inspiration to our menu. Our chef sets our food apart from the rest of Agonda – be sure that you’ve never tasted a Fish Kadai (fish curry) and Yam Salad (sweet-potatoe salad) like this before.
